Unscrewing moulds: perfect threads for your parts

To create a thread in a part, we use movable mould cores. These are unscrewed before demoulding in order to release and eject the part. We generate the required rotary movement via electric or hydraulic drives as well as rack-and-pinion or lead screw spindles. With extensive expertise in all types of unscrewing mould and specialist knowledge of threaded parts of every size, we create measurable added value.

Silicone and LSR moulds

As an experienced toolmaking company with deep expertise in silicone moulds, we are your partner for demanding silicone components. Liquid silicone rubber (LSR) offers exceptional temperature and chemical resistance, high elasticity with low compression set, fine detail reproduction even in complex geometries, plus good material purity and biocompatibility – ideal for medical technology, for example. In our own LSR technical centre we bring your mould to series-production readiness.
